SHIPPING
We are employing the services of the good folk at the US Postal Service. Please use the rate calculator on the checkout page to determine which rate (First Class or Priority) you want to use when placing your order.
For overseas we use the flat rate Priority Mail® International Flat-Rate Envelope currently priced at $11.95 US. If the items are too bulky to fit, however, they will have to be sent by Global Priority at variable weight charges. We will contact you if your order falls under this category. All goodies sent overseas and lagoons must have a customs declaration. It will read “craft supplies” and/or “embellishments.”
If there are special circumstances outside the box, so to speak, Contact Us.
YanKiwi will not be making money off of shipping costs, as we despise this practice, yet we do need to cover our costs.

RETURNS
If you ever have the need to return a product or are unhappy with your order Contact Us first!
We will sort it out. If the problem is our fault we will reimburse the shipping, replace the item at our cost or give you store credit. All returns will be given store credit, no refunds. Store credit will be issued for rubber sheets or GWOs to be exchanged if not opened, used, damaged or cut up by you. The gnomes and us do our best to secure your packages when they leave the HQ, however we cannot be responsible for goodies lost or damaged in the post.
We will NOT accept a return if you have not contacted us first. Shipping is non-refundable.
